Comments About Mentoring Intentional Excellence

Wayne, I just finished reading your book.  I had somehow come across it on Amazon, and since I was an engineer in DSEG [Texas Instruments] at the time (Abilene, Trinity Mills and McKinney) I was very interested in understanding what happened during that era.  Your book gave me a good insight into the issues and problems of the time from another perspective.  It gave me a much better understanding of the issues and problems you had to deal with.  I also think you wrote honestly about both your successes and failures, and am glad that you were able to recover from your setbacks.
